3AI Processing of Your Content

Librainian uses artificial intelligence to generate metadata (titles, descriptions, keywords, alt text, and custom fields) for the digital assets you upload or connect through the platform. This section explains how your content is processed by AI.

3.1 What Data Is Sent to AI Providers

  • Asset files: Images, videos, and documents you submit for enhancement are transmitted to our AI providers for analysis. Files are resized before transmission and are not retained by AI providers beyond the duration of the API request.
  • Contextual metadata: Filenames, folder paths, and existing metadata may be included as context to improve the accuracy of AI-generated results.
  • Text prompts: System instructions that guide the AI model's behavior, including safety constraints and output format requirements.

3.2 AI Providers

We use the following third-party AI providers for metadata generation:

  • Google (Gemini API) — Primary AI provider for metadata generation.
  • OpenAI — Fallback AI provider for metadata generation.

3.3 No Training on Your Data

Under the API terms of service of both Google and OpenAI, data submitted via their APIs is not used to train or improve their AI models. Your assets are processed in real-time for metadata generation only and are not retained by the AI providers beyond the duration of the API request.

3.4 Your Control Over AI Processing

You choose which assets to submit for AI enhancement. AI-generated metadata is presented for your review before application to your digital asset management system by default. You can configure which metadata fields are generated, set confidence thresholds, and select the AI processing strategy used for your assets.

4Data Storage and Security

Your data is securely stored using Supabase, a cloud-hosted database platform that implements industry-standard security measures, including Row Level Security (RLS) to ensure that your private data remains accessible only to you.

While we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your Personal Data, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee its absolute security.
