Questions

What counts as an enhancement?
Each image you upload or re-run through the AI uses one. Editing, exporting and downloading metadata you already have is unlimited.
Which marketplaces does the export support?
Adobe Stock and Shutterstock CSV formats, plus a general spreadsheet. Individual and Team also download your files with the title, keywords and alt text written into them (IPTC and XMP), which Adobe Stock, Lightroom and Bridge read directly.
Do I have to use the metadata as written?
No. Review and edit anything before you export, one file at a time or many at once.
How do Team seats work?
Team includes 5 seats. Add more at $39 a month each, up to 20, and change the number any time from your organization page. Everyone in the team holds a seat, whatever their role. Beyond 20 people, Enterprise fits better.
What happens to my work if I start a team?
It stays yours. Move a library or collection into the team when you want to share it. If you are on Individual, that plan ends at the end of its current period, so you are never billed for both.
Can I cancel?
Yes, at any time. You keep your plan until the end of the period you paid for. A cancelled team keeps its work, read-only, until you renew.
